Order Cancellation

We accept Cancellation only made before the dispatch of Good, If your tracking code is not generated, you can request cancellation, and we will process the same.  

To cancel the order, the customer can also request our helpline within 12 working hours of placing the order.

Order Returns

If the product is received physically damaged during shipment, click a picture and email at for assessment within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

We only accept returns if the item shipped to you are defective or damaged. The item should be returned to us within 7 days from the delivery date in original packaging. The product should be in unused condition. We will send you a new replacement unit as soon as we receive the return package.

When you return your product, indicate the reason for your return in a short note. Put the item along with the invoice and the note with the order number into a secure package. Affix our address (send only to sender address as seen in the invoice/delivery challan) and send it through a reliable courier and email us the consignment details.

Please note that we will provide refund/return facility only for products bought from our online store and not for online stores.

Repair / Warranty issues

The product comes with one year warranty and includes all the repair and defect. All you need to do is send us the dispenser to our office address, and once its repaired/replaced, we will dispatch to your address again.
